The “Train the Healthcare Manager Trainer” is a three-day programme for developing teacher capabilities on emerging competencies for senior healthcare managers.
This programme includes:
- Presentations and debates on the healthcare management scenario in Europe (new leadership, dealing with complexity, the role of the manager)
- Presentations and debates on case methods and innovative learning methods for healthcare executives.
- Presenting and teaching new free materials for teaching emerging competencies to healthcare senior managers and executives in Europe.
This edition of the programme is hosted by IESE Business School and run in collaboration with FHME partners: Karolinska Institutet, University of Grenoble-Alpes, University of Gent, and Medical University of Lodz.
The programme has the collaboration and participation of different associations and institutions in healthcare management and education such as the European Association of Hospital Managers (EAHM), the European Healthcare Management Association (EHMA),
the European Hospital and Healthcare Federation (HOPE), the EHESP School of Public Health in France, the NHS Leadership Academy, amongst other universities and renowned healthcare organisations.
Target participants: This program is addressed to programme directors and trainers of healthcare senior managers and executives.
Trainers may be professors, educators, lecturers, or even healthcare professionals and managers that teach in management, innovation, leadership, entrepreneurship to healthcare managers and executives (maybe as a part-time / secondary activity).
The class will be a selected group of 30-35 trainers from universities, academies, training centres and healthcare organisations from all over Europe.
