European affairs
The European Affairs Subcommittee supports EAHM’s engagement with European priorities, institutions and policy discussions relevant to hospitals and healthcare management.
Its work contributes to EAHM’s role as a European platform for healthcare managers, helping the Association follow developments in European health policy, identify opportunities for collaboration and represent the perspective of hospital management in relevant discussions.

Mental health
The Mental Health Subcommittee supports EAHM’s work on mental health services, management, integration of care and recovery-oriented approaches.
Its mission is to strengthen professional exchange among leaders working in mental health services, promote person-centred and community-oriented care, and contribute to better management practices in mental health organisations across Europe.
The Subcommittee also supports EAHM in addressing the integration of services for people facing mental health or substance abuse challenges.

CEO Circle
The CEO Circle provides a space for senior healthcare executives to exchange experience, discuss strategic challenges and contribute leadership perspectives to EAHM’s work.
It supports high-level dialogue on hospital management, system transformation, organisational leadership and the future role of healthcare executives in Europe.

Working group Digital Health Managers (IT Managers)
The Working Group Digital Health Managers brings together healthcare leaders and hospital IT managers to exchange experience on digital transformation, information systems, data, interoperability and innovation in healthcare organisations.
Its work supports EAHM’s capacity to address digital health as a strategic management priority, connecting operational experience with leadership, implementation and organisational change.
