Why this matters for European hospital managers
The theme of system leadership is highly relevant across Europe, as healthcare organisations face increasing pressure to work beyond institutional boundaries, strengthen collaboration, modernise services and use data, digital tools and innovation to improve outcomes.
EAHM welcomes the work of HMI in promoting healthcare management leadership, professional development and system-wide dialogue in Ireland and across the wider European hospital management community.
