The European Association of Hospital Managers (EAHM) is pleased to partner in the VBHC Study Tour Singapore 2026, taking place from 10 to 13 November 2026.
Organised by the International Federation of Health Plans (iFHP), the Study Tour is being delivered in collaboration with the
Swansea University Value-Based Health and Care Academy, the
International Hospital Federation (IHF) and the
European Association of Hospital Managers (EAHM).
The programme offers healthcare leaders a rare opportunity to explore how one of the world’s most advanced healthcare systems is aligning
national policy, funding, clinical practice, provider relationships, insurance, contracting and data
around better outcomes, patient experience and long-term sustainability.
This is not a conventional conference. The Study Tour is designed as a small-group, immersive programme built around focused workshops, site visits, practical case studies and direct exchange with leaders responsible for implementation.
Why Singapore?
Singapore provides an unusually complete view of value-based healthcare in practice. Participants will follow the value agenda from
national policy and funding decisions
through to care pathway redesign, outcomes measurement, payer-provider collaboration, operational delivery and analytics-enabled purchasing.
The emphasis throughout is practical: understanding what is working, what challenges remain and which approaches healthcare leaders may be able to adapt within their own organisations and systems.
